Overall the experience was very positive, in terms of accommodating our needs which did change toward the end of the project, not small changes eg. telephone methodology very patient and professional, nothing was too much trouble.

James was very professional and takes work seriously, considerate of client needs, we brought timeframe early and they still met it.

James is brilliant, easily the best contractor I have worked with all year. He met deadlines, delivered exactly what I asked for, nothing was ever a problem, he doesn’t waste time and gets to the point. He is just so easy to work with.

There were some unexpected confidentiality issues and they were good negotiating those in the government department where we got the data from. The confidentiality thing was quite complex and well-handled so that was good.

It felt as though we were in good hands and going to get a good result because of their experience with other councils, we had very genuine interactions with them. It is nice to work with a consultant that is not trying to sell you glossy powerpoints, James had a very genuine approach and makes you feel secure in spending a large amount of money. The level of experience, they know what they are and as client gives comfort that they are going to get in touch if things need to be done or change, they are readily available if I need to change something. They know the regional local council sector really well.

Michael has given me access to q reader and the data which is awesome because it is a sign of trust to look at the data and he is not taking it as an opportunity to get more money out of us. It is a very nice feeling when you work with the team that it is a partnership not transactional.

The presentation was clear easy to see what each section was referring to, attractive, well presented even with amount of data. They took on my feedback to make it less cluttered, did everything they could to ensure it was presented the right way.

It made my job much easier there was some organising on my side and it was enjoyable with them makes it neat high level of assurance and right methods and certifications for data analysis took a lot of hassle out of the process very straightforward and positive experience.
